Growing Our Impact: Welcoming Four New Directors of Business Development

Joining us as Directors of Business Development in key regions across the U.S. are Miguel Vega (South Central), Rob Zeli (Northeast), Kelly J. Setzer (North Central), and Jay Brooks (Southeast). Each brings decades of expertise in sterile processing, perioperative services, medical device sales and healthcare operations, along with a shared passion for empowering healthcare teams and improving patient care.

Welcome, Miguel Vega!
Miguel joins us as Director of Business Development for the South Central region, bringing over a decade of healthcare operations and leadership experience across sterile processing, surgical services, and hospital support functions.
Throughout his career, Miguel has held pivotal roles within large healthcare organizations, leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable results in both acute and outpatient surgical settings.
With a Master’s in Healthcare Transformation and a passion for aligning clinical and operational goals, Miguel has implemented system-wide standardization, optimized sterile processing workflows, and played a key role in improving patient safety and OR efficiency. He’s known for fostering collaborative partnerships between clinical staff, supply chain, and perioperative leadership.
We’re thrilled to have Miguel on board as we continue to expand our mission of delivering customized, high-quality surgical support services across the country. His leadership, industry insight, and commitment to service excellence will be a tremendous asset to our clients and teams alike.

Welcome, Kelly J. Setzer!
Kelly joins us as Director of Business Development, North Central, bringing over 25 years of sales, operations, and business development expertise in medical devices and healthcare savings solutions, combined with more than a decade of hands-on experience as a surgical technologist.
Her career includes impactful leadership roles at Agiliti and Sterimed, where she consistently delivered growth, fostered strategic partnerships, and drove operational improvements across the OR, SPD, and endoscopy. Kelly’s proven ability to lead large, remote teams and implement process changes to reduce costs has made her a trusted partner to healthcare organizations nationwide.
Kelly has a passion for advancing surgical innovation and enhancing patient outcomes. Her leadership will be invaluable as she helps us continue our mission to deliver high-quality, customized surgical support services nationwide.

Rob joins us as Director of Business Development Northeast, bringing more than 20 years of sales and business development experience in surgical technology, capital equipment, and healthcare solutions.
His career includes leadership roles with KARL STORZ, Medtronic, Mobile Aspects, and Integra LifeSciences, where he excelled in complex sales, C-suite relationship management, and introducing innovative technologies to meet clinical and operational needs. Most recently, Rob served as Sales Director for LionsBot North America, specializing in enterprise accounts and disruptive automation technologies.
Rob is a proven leader who has consistently delivered impactful results for top healthcare organizations through innovative, efficiency-driven strategies. He is eager to partner with hospitals and surgery centers to optimize sterile processing and surgical support operations, driving meaningful improvements in performance and patient care

Jay joins us as Director of Business Development, Southeast, bringing more than 20 years of medical sales and business development experience helping hospitals and surgery centers optimize sterile processing and perioperative workflows.
He has built a strong reputation for reducing surgical delays, cutting costs, and improving patient outcomes—partnering closely with hospital networks, IDNs, and supply chain leaders to deliver tailored solutions. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President of Sales at Matlock Endoscopic Repairs, where his strategic initiatives drove significant growth and long-term client partnerships.
Jay has a passion for being a true partner, not just a vendor, to help hospitals succeed. His approach aligns perfectly with our commitment to service, excellence, and operational efficiency in the OR and SPD.
